Questions clients ask
Will our data be used to train the AI?
No. We use business API plans from Microsoft Azure and Anthropic, which do not train models on your data, and we keep the data in your own cloud account.
What if the AI gives a wrong answer?
Assistants answer only from content you approve, show where an answer came from, and hand over to a person when they are not sure. Every conversation can be reviewed.
How much does it cost to run?
It depends on how much the assistant is used. We estimate the monthly running cost before we start and set a spending cap with the AI provider, so costs cannot run away.
