This policy explains how Learnforge Infotech (“we”) handles personal data collected through learnforgeinfotech.com, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, through the contact form or the chat assistant, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, and what you tell us about your project. The chat assistant is automated: it answers from the information on this site and sends your details to our team only when you ask for a quote. Our web server also keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security.
The site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, it will load only after you agree, and this page will be updated first.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals you ask for, keep the site secure, and improve it. We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the contract and Indian tax law require.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the site and email (our hosting provider and email service), under confidentiality obligations, or where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by writing to enquiry@learnforgeinfotech.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
